We are an Appraiser Cooperative. Under our system, our Cooperator Appraisers are allowed to receive assignments without burdensome commitments, advertising and marketing costs, or membership fees. Offered assignments are based on their geographical proximity to their location, as well as professional performance.
An e-mail notification is sent to our associates when there is an appraisal assignment is available in their area. Cooperator Appraisers only choose those assignments that fit within their current workload. We do not like to pressure our Cooperators into accepting unwanted assignments and we do not allow our Cooperators to take on excessive workloads.
You do not have to pay anything to begin receiving orders, but you do have to be part of our Appraiser Cooperative. Our Cooperator Appraiser application process is simple and straightforward because we only select the best.
