Each potential Cooperator Appraiser goes through a vigorous screening process, which ensures our quality level of professionalism and developing long-term relationships with our associates only strengthens the quality of the services we provide. We also review the references and sample reports of every Cooperator as part of our acceptance process.
Our state of the art user interface provides automatic status updates at every stage of the process. Throughout the process one can see the current status and the anticipated completion date. Our clients are immediately made aware of any issues that may arise -- whether they be scheduling or condition; and our system provides advance warning of inevitable difficulties that arise in the appraisal process - often without involvement of the appraiser.
Our system eliminates the need for the appraiser to respond to those frequent telephone calls from anxious clients looking for status updates, or assurance and the appraiser is left to do what they do best - appraise real property.
The entire valuation process is administered through our website. Appraisers need no direct contact with our clients. There is no lender pressure, and none of the hassles typically associated with overly demanding clients.
In addition to regular e-mail communications, we employ real live people to assist us with our communications between the appraiser, lenders and their clients, when needed.
Our staff was trained by experts in both the mortgage lending and appraisal processes. An experienced, professional, Certified Appraiser is always available and ready to respond to any situation that requires a higher level of experience.
Most issues can be resolved by the our staff with little or no involvement from the appraiser.
