Daniel Felt
Director of Marketing and Distribution
Prior to his founding role with ReValYoo, Dan spent 12 years with various valuation companies serving as an experienced Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the metropolitan Seattle area. He presently shares his time with ReValYoo, as an appraiser and the CEO. Dan has 21 years of direct management experience, including ownership of two appraisal firms. Dan is married with 3 young children, loves the outdoors, actively volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, King County Search and Rescue and is active in the ministry of his church.

Thomas H. Fairbanks
Director of Research and Development
Prior to his founding roles with ReValYoo, ValyooTrends & ValYooDesk, Tom spent 25+ years in real estate, primarily as an Appraiser in the Pacific Northwest until his retirement in 2006. He returned in 2008 and presently shares his time with ReValYoo as an Education Specialist, where he is responsible for digesting local and national real estate related legislation and for providing direction and innovation to the company through recent major changes in the appraisal and lending industries. Tom has owned several companies and has 30+ years of direct management experience. He is married and is the proud father of 8, including an Iraq war Purple Heart recipient.

Sherlyn Howlett
Director of Internal Production and Collaboration
Prior to her management role with ReValYoo, Sherlyn has spent the past 17 years as a K-12 educator. Sherlyn has more than 20 years of direct management experience in organizations large and small. She is married and is the mother of 5 children. She is a trained volunteer with the American Red Cross, she serves as a Commissioner in her local district of the Boy Scouts of America and is actively involved in the ministry of her church. When she is not working, parenting, or volunteering, she enjoys working as a fiction editor. Her formal education is in English Literature.

Brian Felt
Director of Statistical Analysis and Product Development
Prior to his founding role with ValyooTrends.com, Brian spent 8 years with various valuation companies serving as an experienced Residential Appraiser, specializing in valuations of rural and complex residential real estate in Washington, Oregon and Nevada. He presently shares his time with ReValYoo, as an Appraiser and Senior Reviewer where he is responsible for all in-house quality control, as well as contract review work. Brian has 12 years of direct management experience, including ownership of two appraisal firms. Brian is married with 4 young children, loves the outdoors and is an accomplished writer. His formal eduction is in Communications and Journalism.

Michael Fairbanks
Director of Information Systems
Prior to his founding role with ValyooTrends.com, Michael founded and successfully operated a systems development and support company in the Intermountain West that provides server, networking and computer support and training to clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. He has 9 years of experience in various activities and project management positions and has always driven himself and his associates to put the customer first by providing exceptional customer service. Michael is married with one child, and another on the way, enjoys participating in watersports and volunteering his time as a role model for young adults.
